A subsidiary of Dubai Investments PJSC, Dubai Investment Real Estate (DIR) was established in 2006 with a mandate to build a portfolio of developments that offer long-term investment in the UAE real estate market.

Over the years, DIR has delivered residential, commercial and industrial assets across the UAE. DIR’s assets in the UAE include projects such as the Mirdif Hills in Mirdif, Ritaj in DIP, residential and mixed-use buildings across UAE, staff accommodations, warehouses and also land banks. Mirdif Hills and the Al Barsha Tower in the Barsha area are the ongoing projects by DIR.
