Established in 2011 in Sharjah as the first Owners Association Management (OAM) company. Today, in Sharjah it is managing 23 OAM projects of different sizes varying from small to high rise buildings. Since then, the company has successfully managed a wide range OAM projects continuously exceeding client expectations.

 

Al Mudeer management team consists of a team of trained professionals at the Dubai Real Estate Institute and holders of certificates from the CAI Institute from the state of Virginia, and the company is certified and licensed by the Land Department in the Emirate of Sharjah and the Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) in the Emirate of Dubai to practice Owners Associations Management in Dubai. It currently manages 33 complexes in Dubai.

Currently the company is managing more than 11000 units in 53 buildings in both emirates with a cost effective service to manage their communities within the framework of the local laws. As part of our role, we are committed to providing board members with the best guidance and advice as to what is expected from them as board members.

Al Mudeer continuous extending its services in the Asset Management domain by expanding its management activities to property management supervision for building and units by leasing the property, lease management, facility management and conducting all relevant aspect of the property management to give the landlord one stop solution for their property management needs.
