Supply and apply of approved quality Epoxy Coating system for flooring.

1. Cleaning and surface preparation as per requirement.
2. Supply and apply epoxy putty (NITO MORTAR FC) to make the surface smooth, if required.
3. Supply and apply one coat of epoxy primer (NITOPRIME 31) all over the surface with 75 microns
thickness.
4. Supply and apply one coat of anti-static epoxy undercoat (NITOFLOR CONDUCTIVE UNDERCOAT)
all over the surface with the thickness of avg. 150 microns using brush and paint roller.
5. Supply and apply ANTI-STATIC epoxy top coat (NITOFLOR CONDUCTIVE TOPCOAT self-level) all
over the surface with 2 mm thickness using steel trowel, following with nylon spiked roller.
