Description

Dr. Fixit Sureseal is a specially designed waterproof coating once which cured forms breathable, very tough yet

elastic film which develops strong bonding to damp surfaces. It is ideal for patch repair of internal and external

walls as well as temporary patch repair of roofs. This product offers excellent protection for repaired surfaces and

effectively covers hairline cracks.

Precautions & Limitations

}}Do not dilute “Dr. Fixit Sureseal”.

}}All corners, gaps, joints, protrusions & outlets shall be coated with extra coat.

}}All surface cracks more then 2mm should be prepared with polymer modified mortar using Dr. Fixit Pidicrete URP.

}}Always cover an area larger (minimum 2 Sft for internal walls & 5 Sft on either side for external walls and Roof).

}}Do not apply Dr. Fixit Sureseal on efflorescence.

}}Never apply paint if rain is forecast, or expected, during the day of application.

}}Patch repair on roof & external walls provides temporary relief. Ideal recommendation solution is to go for

comprehensive waterproofing on entire surface.
