there are no joints in the membrane
• Highly elastic, cures to give a permanently flexible
resilient barrier over a wide range of temperatures.
• Rapid installation;significantly reduces time spent
on preparatory works and detailing.
• Excellent adhesion can be applied to a wide range
of substrates. Contineous adhesion prevents lateral
migration of water
• Impervious-outstanding barrier properties
ensure protection against corrosive soil conditions.
• Excellent resistance to oxidation and embrittlement
• Mechanical damage to the membrane can be easily
repaired by spot application.

Uses:
• To be used in most types of roofs, such as concrete, metal, asbestos, etc.

(Acrylic Waterproof) 201 - RAK PROOF ADVANTAGES As with all chemical products, caution should always be exercised. Protective clothing, such as gloves and goggles, should be worn (see packaging for specific instructions). Treat any splashes to the skin or eyes with fresh water immediately. Should any of the product be accidentally swallowed, do not induce vomiting but call for medical assistance immediately. Ensure the container is available for the medical attendant to examine any relevant instructions and contents details. Reseal all containers after use and ensure product is stored as instructed on the safety section of the labeling. HEALTH AND SAFETY The support must be clean, free of dust, dirt, oil, grease and loose particles. When applying on metal surfaces, remove rust and contamination for best results. Apply with brush, roller or an appropriate spray. Apply a primer the coat of RAK Proof (80% RAK Proof + 20% water) with brush, roller or spray. Once the primer coat has completely dried, apply a minimum two coats of undiluted RAK Proof. It is important to ensure that coat has totally cured (i.e. minimum 8 hours at 30°C) before applying the next coat. For better results, a glass fibre mat is reinforced into the first coat while it is wet, at expansion areas and joints with parapets.
